Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
    • Installation: Installing wiring, circuits, and outlets in buildings or other structures.
    • Maintenance: Performing routine checks and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Repair: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems, including diagnosing and replacing faulty components.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Collaboration: Working with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to optimize electrical systems.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Training: Providing training and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Safety: Adhering to strict safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical principles, codes, and regulations.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform manual tasks and use hand tools effectively.
